I’ve seen them around, friends of mine have them -and I want them! Sorel boots!
They are warm, and a bit heavy -perfectly for winter, but mabye not for a backpacker? Well, since I’m not sure how much time I’m going to spend slugging through snow and slush in the states yet, I have to concider bying them when I need them. Besides -it’s half the price, and half the weight bying them over there -almost!
As you can see they are pretty big, and bulky -but I think they would do their job. Looking forward to being dry and warm! Took some pictures of a pair that belongs to a friend of mine just to show more of the shoe than what’s on their website.
Maybe I just have to go to the Frozen Dead Guys Days, just to get an exuse to buy and wear these! -and of course have fun at one of the most bizzare festivals I have ever heard of.
